Karilee Constitution
The amended Karilee Constitution was approved at a Karilee Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Tuesday, 19 March 2019 at Raiders Weston Club. These amendments were reviewed by the 2018 Karilee Committee prior to being put to the Karilee AGM for approval. The 2019 Karilee Constitution was lodged with the Access Canberra, Business and Industry Licensing Department in April 2019.
The previous amendment, 2018 Karilee Constitution was prepared by Maureen Bourne, Assistant Secretary and Malcolm Robertson, a Past President of Karilee in consultation with the Karilee Committee during 2018. This amendment replaced the original constitution (October 1996).
