Committee for 2020

The Karilee Committee for 2020 was elected at our Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 17th March 2020 at the Raiders Weston.

At the 2020 AGM, we approved the 2018 and 2019 Karilee Financial Audited Reports. During 2020, the committee hopes to continue to revise and update our protocols. If you would like to be involved in this process please notify the Secretary.

Under our constitution, Karilee Calisthenics Inc. is managed by a committee of five executives members and a further three non-executive positions plus at least three ordinary members. Here is a link you can click on to access the Karilee duty statements for the Office Bearers.

There is also a Team Representative from each age group on the committee. These positions are usually held by the Team Managers.

During most of 2020, Committee meeting were held via Zoom due to Covid Pandemic restrictions. Previously the Committee meetings are generally held at Raiders Weston at 7.30pm on the third Tuesday each month.  When we resume face to face meetings, some committee members meet for Pre-Meeting Dinner or drinks at 6.30pm. Members are welcome to join us.

The December meeting is usually a Committee/club Dinner that is held at the Southern Cross Club on the last Tuesday of November or second Tuesday in December.
